1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Dispatches take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship our sacred medicines from Dublin, Ireland, using AnPost (The Irish National Post Service).
Standard Post €5 (up to 6 rapehs): This is our default, most affordable option. Please note that Standard Post does not include a tracking number. Once the package is handed over to the postal service, Sacred Nawe cannot track its location.
Registered Post €15: If you require a tracking number, please select the "Registered/Tracked" option at checkout (if available) or contact us prior to purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by AnPost and are not guaranteed:
Ireland: 3-10 business days.
Europe: 5-15 business days.
Rest of the World: 15-45 business days.
Note: International packages may experience delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Due to the nature of these contents, parcels are often declared as a gift between family and friends. Please keep in mind that this does not guarantee exemption from customs inspection or charges.
Sacred Nawe is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, customs fees, or import taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We strongly advise you to check your country’s regulations regarding the importation of natural or ancestral products (such as Rapé or Sananga) before placing an order.

Based on our experience, orders shipped to the following destinations have generally arrived without customs charges or additional questions:

5. Lost or Returned Packages
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Lost Packages: While rare, if a Standard Post (Untracked) package is lost, Sacred Nawe cannot offer a full refund, as we have no control over the postal service. Each situation is reviewed individually, and we aim to find a fair and respectful solution, you won't be without your medicine.
It is important to understand that those who choose to work with sacred medicines are entering a relationship, not making a simple purchase. These medicines carry spirit, lineage, and intelligence. They move in their own way and respond to intention, respect, and readiness.
When medicine is approached with urgency, entitlement, or treated as a commodity, it can sometimes fail to arrive or become disrupted. This is not a punishment, but an invitation to pause and reflect on one’s relationship with the medicine.
Before raising a complaint, we ask that recipients take a moment to reflect inwardly:
How am I relating to this medicine? What am I bringing into this exchange? What is being asked of me here?
Sacred Nawe holds responsibility with care, but the relationship with the medicine is ultimately personal and spiritual. Working with ancestral medicines requires patience, humility, and trust — not only in the sender, but in the spirit of the medicine itself.
Manual Order Process
1. Place your order through our website.
2. After completing your order and entering all address details, you will be redirected to a payment page.
3. You can choose between PayPal or online card payment.
4. Once payment is completed, please send a screenshot of your payment confirmation to our WhatsApp or Email, including your order number.
