Refund & Return Policy

1. Physical Products (Store)

 

Due to the nature of our products (Ancestral Medicines, Rapé, Sananga), which are goods sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if the item has been opened or unsealed.

​

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sacred.nawe.eire@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

​

  • Unopened Items: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights, you have 14 days to return unopened, sealed items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

​

2. Workshops & Events

​

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date may receive a full refund (minus a small administrative fee).

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be credited towards a future workshop at our discretion.

​​3. Online Therapy & Guidance Sessions

​

  • Completed Sessions: We do not offer refunds for therapy or guidance sessions that have already taken place.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without 24-hour prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Digital Products (Courses/E-books)

 

Digital products are non-refundable once the download or access link has been sent, as the content is considered "consumed" immediately.
