Refund & Return Policy

1. Physical Products (Store)
Due to the nature of our products — ancestral medicines and sacred items (including Rapé and Sananga) — which are sealed for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been sent to your address.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging. Each case will be reviewed, and a replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.
2. Workshops & Events
Other Workshops & Events
Cancellations made 8 days or more before the event date may receive a refund, minus 10 administrative fee.
3. Online Therapy & Guidance Sessions
Completed Sessions: We do not offer refunds for therapy or guidance sessions that have already taken place.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without at least 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
4. Digital Products (Courses/E-books)
All digital products are non-refundable once access or a download link has been provided, as the content is considered immediately consumed.
