ABOUT US
We hold Sacred Nawe as a field.
A living field of transformation, where psyche and soul are invited into conjunction — a place where you learn the alchemy of the soul.
Based in Ireland, we offer one-to-one and group work that weaves shamanic and ancestral work (psychogenealogy) with systemic and transpersonal therapeutic approaches. Dreamwork is part of this broader field of inquiry, informed by Monique’s long-standing study of Jungian psychology. This work is held within clear ethical boundaries, with reverence, understanding, and deep respect for the layered nature of the human being — psychological, emotional, ancestral, and spiritual.
This field is held both in person and online, forming a protected and confidential container for those engaging from different parts of the world. We also hold retreats with the Master Plants, Sananga, and Rapé, as well as workshops, journeys and group reflective practice and group integration sessions.
Our intention is to support the development of consciousness — learning to see the world symbolically, to understand yourself, your place, and your unique journey on Earth.
Through ritual, shadow work, ancestral inquiry, dreamwork, and attunement to the elemental forces of nature, Sacred Nawe supports processes of integration and inner maturation. Transformation here is not performative or cathartic — it is alchemical: unfolding in its own time, cyclic, embodied, and irreversible.
That is why the first step is to fall in love with the mystery of your own life.
From there, you begin to create the life you are meant to live.
Sacred Nawe is a field you enter only when you are ready
to surrender old forms
and be reshaped from within.

ABOUT ME
My name is Monique Câmara
Monique Câmara
Monique Câmara is a transpersonal and systemic therapist, ceremonial facilitator, and guide, with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of psyche, soul, ancestry, and ritual. Her work centres on what she often calls an alchemy of the soul—a slow, attentive process through which psychological, ancestral, and symbolic material is met, integrated, and embodied.
Monique holds a postgraduate diploma in Jungian Psychology and Dream Studies and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Analytic Group Psychotherapy. Her approach weaves together Jungian depth psychology, dream work, myth, active imagination, systemic and constellation-based practices, transpersonal psychotherapy, and shamanic and ancestral traditions rooted in lived cultural experience. Dreams and symbolic images are approached as living presences, carrying guidance for both individual and collective transformation.
She has over ten years of experience working with sacred plant medicines, including Rapé and Sananga, which she approaches through long-term practice, ceremonial responsibility, and respect for Indigenous lineages. Rapé holds a central place in her work and is offered within a clear ritual context, with preparation and integration. Plant medicine work is never offered in isolation, but held within a wider therapeutic, symbolic, and relational framework.
Monique facilitates one-to-one sessions, dream circles, group processes, workshops, and immersive journeys in Ireland and Brazil. Her work includes psychogenealogical inquiry, ancestral rituals, mythic and dream exploration, and integration spaces following deep inner or ceremonial experiences. She works phenomenologically with individuals and groups, attending carefully to the field, the body, and the symbolic language that emerges.
Through Sacred Nawe, the practice she founded, Monique offers workshops, mentorship pathways, and initiation journeys for those drawn to depth-oriented healing and spiritual transformation. She works in close collaboration with trusted facilitators, including Mana, a medicine facilitator who supports ceremonial spaces with presence, clarity, and deep respect for the medicines.
Monique’s work is rooted in ongoing relationship with ancestral knowledge and Indigenous traditions, approached with humility, accountability, and care. She is particularly interested in bridging Jungian psychology, dreams, and myth with ancestral and ceremonial wisdom, allowing ancient knowledge to be lived and integrated within contemporary psychological and relational contexts.
